Thu Phan is from New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a senior majoring in Public Health and minoring in Sociology. Her interests include improving health policies, specifically policies that affect women’s access to healthcare. She is very excited to work with the New Orleans Abortion Fund as a clinic escort at the Women’s Health Care Center. She is addicted to watching the news and likes to immerse herself in thoughtful political debates. On campus, she is heavily involved in the Tulane international community. She leads book clubs, trips, and ESL tutoring for many Tulane international students.
